Walkthrough

The TriggerScheduledTaskService class in triggerScheduledTask.server.ts has been updated to improve the logic for triggering scheduled tasks. Modifications include additional checks for the deletedAt property of the associated organization, refined control flow for task activation, enhanced logging for better context, and updated error handling to manage task triggering failures. These changes aim to ensure that tasks are triggered only when appropriate conditions are met.

Changes

File Path Change Summary
apps/webapp/app/v3/services/triggerScheduledTask.server.ts - Enhanced call method logic with additional condition checks for deletedAt property.
- Refined control flow for task triggering.
- Added logging statements for better context.
- Modified error handling to log failures and reschedule.

Poem

In the fields where tasks do play,
A rabbit hops to save the day.
With checks and logs, our work is neat,
Ensuring tasks won't face defeat.
So let us cheer, with joyful glee,
For robust code, as sweet as tea! 🐇✨

44-61: Consider notifying stakeholders when schedules are disabled

Disabling a task schedule due to a deleted organization is a significant event. Consider implementing a notification mechanism to inform relevant stakeholders or systems about this change. This ensures transparency and allows for any necessary follow-up actions.
